. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSEMENP DEVICE LICENSE(S).
WHEREAS, application has been trade to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE(S). for
the YEAR 2011 by the following:

WHEREAS, said appIication(s) has /have been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department, in compliance with the Borough Ordi
nance Regulating and Licensing Amusement Devices and said Police
Department recommends that a License for the current Year be
issued to the applicant(s) listed above.
NOW, UIEREMRE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be
and is hereby authorized and directed to issue.an AMNSB2fENT DEVICE
LICENSE for the YEAR2011 to the applicant(s) hereby approved,upon
receipt of the proper fee.

and certified as a true copy of the
