RESOLUTION AUIUORIZMG THE ISSUANCE OF
MNSEMINI GAMES DISTIMIIOR'S LICENSE MR YEAR
WER AS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of'
the Borough of Carteret for an AMUSUMiiT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S
LICENSE for the Year 2011 by the following:
Vaness Vending 635 Chancellor Avenue
Stella Vayas, President Irvington, NJ 07111 -3045
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Borough Ordinance
Regulating and Licensing Amusement Games and said Department
recommends that a License for the current year be issued to the
applicant(s) listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSUM
- GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the YEARMIL to the applicant(s)
hereby approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
Adopted this 21st day of July, 2011
and certified as .a true copy of the
