The existing clay tennis court will remain clay. This condition was not recommended. More research needed due to setback encroachment. 2. Any minor modifications in the drainage plan shall be submitted to the Town for review and approval and any major modifications shall be brought back to the ARPB for review and approval. 3. If not already, electric service lines shall be buried. 4. The roof shall be white (through and through) flat cement tile. TVs condition zvas not recommended. Recommended gray cement tile.
