District rk I RESOLUTION NO. 06— 8 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT ACCEPTING GIFT OF REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE WITH RESPECT THERETO(PURISIMA CREEK REDWOODS OPEN SPACE PRESERVE— LANDS OF PEERY TRUST ET AL.) The Board of Directors of the Mid peninsula Regional Open Space District does resolve as follows: Section One. The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does hereby accept, with gratitude, the gift of real property from Richard T. Peery, as Trustee under the Trust Agreement dated July 20, 1977 (Richard T. Peery Separate Property Trust)as amended, and Nancy Marriott, as attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Section Two. The General Manager or President of the Board or other appropriate officer is authorized to execute a Certificate of Acceptance for said Gift Deed conveying the title to the property interest being donated to the District. Section Three. The General Manager of the District or the General Manager's designee shall cause to be given appropriate notice to the donors of the acceptance of this gift. The General Manager is further authorized to execute any and all other documents necessary to the closing of this transaction.
