RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD 0F DIRECTORS OP
M|DPEN|NSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
AMENDING THE 40\(A) SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District has established a 401(A) Supplemental
Retirement Plan (^^thePlun"); and
WHEREAS, Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District has reserved the right to amend the Plan

WHEREAS, Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District would like to provide enhanced
retirement opportunities thereunder for its employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Plan is hereby amended, effective Deccnube, \, 2OO6` nsfollows: �
Employees qualifying for sick leave conversion upon retirement may make an irrevocable
election during open enrollment, nn later than the year prior to separation of2O94^ 25Y6or30% o[ �
| accrued sick leave, dependent upon years of service, for deposit into the Plan. �
