AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE 2011 ON CALL
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PROGRAIM
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret requires maintenance of various foreclosed or
abandoned properties within the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Purchasing Agent has solicited and received 5 bid proposals
for the 2011 On Call Property Maintenance Program; and
WHEREAS, A Cut Above Home Services, Sewaren, N.J. has submitted the lowest bid
for said maintenance as evidenced by the response on file with the Borough Purchasing
Agent; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has reviewed all bid proposals and has recommended
the award of a contract to
A Cut Above Home Services
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with A Cut Above Home Services for the 2011 On Call Property
Maintenance Program in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00, in accordance
in all respects with the request for proposals and bid on same.

CALL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
NOT TO EXCEED: $10,000.00
According to the terms set forth in the Resolution and Bid.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set forth in the Resolution.
