THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this`
day 2004, by and between the City of Richmond, Indi a, apal of o�actiand through its Board of Public Works and Safety (hereinafter referred to as the "City')
and Reynolds Plumbing, Inc., 198 South 2"d Street, Richmond, Indiana 47374 (hereinaf-
ter referred to as the "Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into an Agreement, numbered 6-2002, on or
about January 1, 2002, whereby Contractor agreed to provide general
maintenance and repairs on the plumbing systems located within Fire Sta-
tions numbered I — 6 during the calendar year 2002; and
WHEREAS, Such Agreement provided that the City may elect to extend term of the
Agreement during the calendar years 2003 and 2004; and
WHEREAS, City previously exercised its option and extended the Agreement durin
the calendar year 2003; and g
WHEREAS, City wishes to exercise this option again and extend the Agreement during
the calendar year 2004. g
NOW THEREFORE, In consideration of the following, including the above stated recit-
als, the parties agree as follows:
1. Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair work on the plumbing systems
located within Fire Stations numbered one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), five
(5), and six (6) during the calendar year 2004.
2. Contractor shall be compensated at the rates listed on "Exhibit A" of Agreement
6-2002, which Exhibit is also attached to this Agreement, provided, it is estimated
that Contractor's total compensation shall not exceed One Thousand Five Hun-
dred Dollars ($1,500.00).
3. All other terms, conditions, obligations, and covenants contained in Agreement 6-
2002 are incorporated by reference, made a part hereof and control the obligations
of the parties to this Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement at Richmond, Indi-
ana, as of the day and year first written above, although signatures may be affixed on dif-
ferent days.
