I have not as yet received a response. My last email to you on the matter is forwarded herein for your reference. I am writing you now to request any public record that contains the serial number of any computer or computer drive that was ordered by, shipped to, or ever in the custody of, the Gulf Stream Police Department at any time during the period of time between Jan 1, 2010 and the date Officer Ginsberg create his incident report dated October 28, 2011, which report was regarding my private home located at 2520 Avenue Au Soleil. I hope the description of the record I want to inspect is sufficiently clear, however if you do not understand any part of this request or if you need clarification about this request, notify me as soon as possible so I may further describe or clarify this request. I make this request pursuant to Article 1. Section 24 of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes. One of the records I requested to inspect is: (2) The identity of all computers and hard drives used by the Police Department during the period of time between October 28, 2011 and October 28, 201Z On July 6 you wrote: Items (2) and (3) of your request seek information and not records and therefore do not require a response. On that same day I wrote you with a clarification of my request to inspect item (2): Clarified Request (2) The identity of all computers and hard drives used by the Police Department during Hie period of time between October 28, 2011 and October 28, 2012 that is located on a public record Records responsive to this request may include but not be limited to a label or sticker fired to the equipment by the manufacturer or an asset custodian or similar person, electronic identityfile located on the hard drive, sales receipt, asset record or ANY PUBLIC RECORD THAT CONTAINS THE IDENTITY OF ANY OF THESE ITEMS. On July 13, 2016 you again responded to part of my request but you did not address my clarification of item (2). I am writing you again to request the public record as clarified above.
