The Town of Gulf Stream has received your public records request dated May 8, 2017. The
original public records request can be found at the following link:

Your request seeks a record "reflecting vacation and sick leave time used for the past calendar
year for each Town Hall staff as of 511117. " Because the Town tracks vacation and sick leave
time by fiscal year, which runs October 1 through September 30, the Town in good faith
interprets your request to be seeking a record that reflects the vacation and sick leave time used
for each Town Hall Staff during the past fiscal year, October 1, 2015 through September 30,
2016. We also interpret your request relating to "Town Hall staff" to exclude the Town's Police
Department. Based on this interpretation, please see the production the Town deems fully
responsive to your request at the link above.
If we do not hear back from you within 30 days of this letter, we will consider this request
closed.
