HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolutions-2023-052RESOLUTION NO. 2023-052 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW GENERAL GUIDELINES TO ASSESS FIRE DEPARTMENT FEES Whereas, the Tiffin Code of Ordinances authorizes the City Council to determine and set by resolution the Fire Department Fee Schedules; and, Whereas, the City Council has established what is an appropriate fee is for each service and, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to approve and adopt the attached Fire Department Fee Schedule. On the 18th day of July, 2023, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2023-052, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW GENERAL GUIDELINES TO ACCESS FIRE DEPARTMENT FEES and made a motion to approve. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Olney, Orris. Nays: None. Absent: None. Minimum of one hour. 7) Fees for False/Malfunction will be at the discertion of the Fire Chief and/or the Fire Marshal based on resolving the issue.
