ELM STREET PARTNERS
Elm Street Partners will be hosting a virtual community meeting on November 23rd at 6:30 PM for the
review and discussion of conceptual plans and specifics of the redevelopment of the site known as 23-
29 Elm Street. The use of the site will be transitioned to research & development/lab-life sciences and
ancillary office space with on -site parking.
The meeting will provide the full project presentation and associated details. Members of the
community are encouraged to participate and ask questions of the development team. To register to

In light of the COVID pandemic, the meeting will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Just prior to the
start of the meeting, please access the link below to join via computer or mobile device. You may be
instructed to download the Zoom application. The meeting will also be aired on Watertown Local
Access TV.
