AUTHORIZING THE ISSUAIN'CE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR THE 2011 -2012 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXO & LIMO for the 2011 -2012
License Term by the following:
DANIEL J. POWANDA JR.
JULIO L. RIQUELiyIE
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in fire application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2011 -2012 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2011-
2012 License Term to DANIEL J. POWANDA JR. and JULIO L.
RIQUELME.
Adopted this 4' day of August, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 5, 2011..
