A. Special Session - Call to Order 5:30 PM

The City of Tiffin City Council held a special session Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at the City Hall Council
Chamber. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 5:32 PM. Upon roll being called the following
members were present: Al Havens, Chris Olney, Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann arrived at 5:43 PM.
Absent: Tim Orris. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail Hora.

Motion to approve agenda by Schnedler.
Second by Havens.
All ayes, agenda approved.

Discussion: Todd Biles, 141 E 3 St, would like an extension on his nuisance letters that he
received.
Motion to allow 90 days by Schnedler.
Second by Havens.
Motion to approve as amended by Schnedler.
Second by Havens.
Roll Call: Havens, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann.
All ayes, motion carried.
2. Resolution No. 2023-030 A Resolution Regarding an Order to Abate a Nuisance. Motion to
allow 45 days by Schnedler.
