I The procedure that Council has followed when vacancies occur is that
nominations are made at the meeting prior to the meeting that actual
appointment of each vacancy is made. This allows Council a two-week
period in which they can make their selection.
At this time it would be appropriate for Council to make appointments
for these vacancies.
