HomeMy Public PortalAbout1995-10-13 Special MeetingCOUNCIL MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING - OCTOBER 13, 1995 A special meeting of the Bal Harbour Village Council was held on Friday, October 13, 1995, in the Council Chamber at Bal Harbour Village Hall. This meant that this palm, which is the first one visible while traveling South, no longer aligned with a companion palm on the East side. Haulbver Bridge As directed by the Village C. ncil, Mr. O'Leary met with Assistant Mayor 'Blank and based on their discussion the following work was recommended: a) Add 85 linear feet of concrete curb, regrade, and add crushed gravel to the Northern most edge of the parking lot. This should eliminate the erosion of soil and gravel onto the parking lot. b) In order to alleviate a drainage problem along the Northwest corner, eliminate two parking stalls, remove the paving, regrade the area, and add lawn and landscaping.
