Autism & Related Disabilities (FORWARD) community housing request from $ 75 , 000 to $ 80 , 000 with
$ 5 ,000 set aside toward preparation of grant agreement and other relevant closing related costs .
3 . Discussion and possible vote on the completeness, CPA eligibility and timeliness of the Brewster
Affordable Housing Trust ' s $ 500 , 000 funding request to acquire and repair two homes on the town ' s
Subsidized Housing Inventory . Discussion and possible vote on referral of the application to the
Housing Subcommittee for review and recommendation to the CPC for the November 2019 Special
Town Meeting ,
4 . Discussion and possible vote on the completeness , CPA eligibility and timeliness of the Dog Park
Development Committee ' s $ 50 , 300 funding request for dog park construction costs . Discussion and
possible vote on referral of the application to the Recreation Commission for review and
recommendation to the CPC for the November 2019 Special Town Meeting ,
5 . Discussion and possible vote on expanded administrative support for CPC committee to be paid from
FY2020 administrative funds .
