Present : Ben deRuyter, Paul Ruchinskas, Madalyn Hillis- Dineen, Donna Kalinick
Maggie Spade -Aguilar, Tim Hackert, Sarah Robinson , Jill Scalise
Call to Order : Chair deRuyter called the meeting to order at 4 : 59pm .
1 . Action Item - Request for signatures for Community Preservation Housing Trust Award
Grant Agreement , Ms . Hillis - Dineen motioned to approve the grant agreement, Ms . Robinson
second . All voted in favor . The Housing Trust members signed the grant agreement .
2 . Chapter 40B Workshop . The workshop is presented by Mass Housing Partnership and co -
sponsored by Community Development Partnership . This training is offered through the Cape
Housing Institute . Trust members attended the workshop training led by Ms . Judi Barrett ,
3 . Any other business not anticipated ; None
4 . Adjournment : Mr . Hackert motioned to adjourn at 6 : 40 pm , Ms . Spade -Aguilar second . The
vote was unanimous in favor .
5 . Next meeting date : March 7, 2019 at 5 : 30pm at Brewster Town Hall .
