Home My Public Portal AboutMinutes - 1964/10/29 - SpecialSPECIAL MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION October 29, 1964 The Special Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City was held at the City Hall, 5938 North Kauffman Avenue, Temple City. The meeting was called to order by Chair- man Beckley at 5:45 P.M. Those in attendance were: Commissioners: Briggs, Clemson, Erickson, Beckley Absent: Commissioners: Johnston Also attending: W. Woollett, R. Cushman A brief review of the case was presented by Planning Advisor Cushman regarding the Zone Variance Case No. 64 -126 of John B. and Alice C. Dollenbacher, 5729 Cloverly Avenue, Temple City. It was the opinion of Chairman Beckley and City Manager Woollett that a Public Hearing should be held to re -open the case with notification to property owners within the 300 foot radius and proper notification given to the Applicant. Discussion was held among the Commissioners regarding the case. Commissioner Briggs made a motion that the Public Hearing be re- opened with proper notification to the property owners with- in the 300 foot radius, property posted and notification to the Applicant and that the matter be heard at the meeting of Nov- ember 16, 1964. Seconded by Clemson and carried by the follow- ing roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners: Briggs, Clemson, Erickson, Beckley NOES: Commissioners: None ABSENT:Commissioners: Johnston ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Clemson moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Briggs and carried unanimously.
