ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 254-20 OF THE
CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, parking of motor vehicles is currently prohibited on both sides of
Liebig Lane from the intersection of Roosevelt Avenue to the Carteret Industrial
Road; and
WHEREAS, there exists a need for additional parking around the Municipal Court
and Police Headquarters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that Section 254-20 of the Code of the Borough of Carteret be
amended to delete the existing requirement with regard to Liebig Lane as established
by Ordinance #91-41 and replace it with the following:

Liebig Lane North
LOCATION
From the intersection of
Roosevelt Avenue to the
Carteret Industrial Road
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance be advertised as prescribed by
law.
