NEW APPLICATION :
19 = 27 Jared T. and Amy Noering, (Represented by J . M .0'Reilly & Associates), 34 Red Wing Cartway,
MAP 69 LOT 79, in the RM zoning district. The applicant seeks a Special Permit under MGL 40A § 6 and
Brewster Zoning Bylaw 179 -25 to remove the existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling on the property .
REVIEW DECISION :
Review decision for Case # 19 = 20, 0 Brady Cartway . (The public hearing for case # 19-20 was closed
on August 13th, 2019 , no public testimony will be permitted . )
