For convenience, a copy of the recorded Plat of the Subdivision is attached. Note: The Plats referred to in the section titled "Dedication" are not being requested. Your original request can be found at the following link: http://www2.gulf-stream.org/weblink/0/doc/104452/Page1.aspx This letter provides an estimate for the production of records based on certain assumptions made by the Town affecting the estimate. First, the Town notes that you have failed to provide any clarification as to the time period of your request in response to the Town’s August 8, 2017 letter. Based on your response, and in an effort to best provide you with the records you seek, the Town interprets your request to seek records spanning the time period of 1978 through 1984. Second, the Town further notes that you have limited your request to minutes and transcripts of meetings, applications, resolutions, communications, agendas, approvals and permits. The Town’s estimate covers the production of these records as indicated by you over the seven-year time period specified by the Town. Based on the Town’s understanding and interpretation of your request, the Town estimates that to fully respond to your request will require approximately one hour and 15 minutes of administrative support at $38.54 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. §119.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a refund. (1.25 hours @ $38.54) – (.25 @ $38.54) = Deposit Due: $38.54 in cash or check. Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your public records request in a reasonable amount of time. Specific records that I am looking for are the following: Any minutes and transcripts of any meetings wherein the Subdivision was discussed; All applications, resolutions, communications, agendas,and all other approvals and permits which relate to and/or in connection with the Subdivision. Based on the Town’s understanding and interpretation of your request, the Town estimates that to fully respond to your request will require approximately two hours of administrative support at $38.54 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. §119.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a refund. (Two hours @ $38.54) – (.25 @ $38.54) = Deposit Due: $67.44 in cash or check. Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your public records request in a reasonable amount of time.
