PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, The Borough of Carteret Tax Assessor's Office
reviewed the 2011 assessed values as recently reported in the
extended tax duplicate, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor recommends that several values be
changed to properly reflect sub - divisions and prior years
successful tax appeals to the 2011 assessed values, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector reviewed the Tax Assessor's
recommendations and has calculated the amount of taxes to be
cancelled for the 2011 tax year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey,
that the Tax Collector cancel the 2011`taxes as stated below:
