RESOLUTION NO. 2020-06-02
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING DIVISION SERVICES
WITH THE TOWNS OF WINTER PARK AND GRANBY
WHEREAS, Town staff is recommending an update to the Intergovernmental Agreement for
Building Division Services to, among other things, clarify reporting and financial arrangements.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the Mayor to enter into an
Intergovernmental Agreement for Building Division Services with the Towns of Winter
Park and Granby.
2. This agreement is subject to final approval from the Town Manager and Town Attorney
as relates to any final changes that may be requested by the Town of Granby.
