RESOLUTION NO. 2020-06-07
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR CROSSWALK LIGHTING
EQUIPMENT FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the 2020 Street Improvement Fund Budget provides for the installation of materials
for street improvements for the Public Works Department.
WHEREAS, Resolution 2019-12-15 authorized the purchase of Solar Crosswalk Lights.
WHEREAS, Resolution 2019-12-15 authorized the installation of the Solar Crosswalk Lights and
the authorization expired before the lights could be installed.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the Town Manager to expend up
to $15,000 for the installation of solar crosswalk lighting equipment.
2. Said installation must be completed by the end of the year 2020 or the approval will no
longer be effective.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THIS
17th DAY OF June, 2020.
