A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS AND DONATING SAID
PROPERTY TO THE TOWN OF CASTLE VALLEY
WHEREAS, Moab City has the right and title to certain property listed below
and;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present time, it
has no use whatsoever for said property; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Castle Valley has expressed the need for use of said
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF
MOAB CITY THAT:
1. The playground equipment property detailed in the attached photo is hereby
declared as surplus city property.
2. The playground equipment property detailed in the attached photo is hereby
donated to the Town of Castle Valley
3. This resolution shall take affect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Governing Body
of Moab City Council this 23rd day of February, 2016.
