Please be advised that the Town of Gulf Stream adheres to the statute of limitations set by the State
of Florida for child abuse, battery and assault. The Town of Gulf Stream does not set its own
statute of limitations for these offenses. Therefore, the Town does not interpret your request for
“all public records which relate to the Town of Gulf Stream’s statute of limitations” to seek any
particular records.
