TAYLOR This is to confirm that at the Public Hearing held by the Town Commission on August 11, 2017, your application for a Level 3 Architectural/Site Plan Review to permit the demolition of the existing structures at 528 Palm Way and the construction of a new one-story, 5,330 square foot, single family, Gulf Stream Bermuda style dwelling with attached 2 -car garage, swimming pool and spa was considered. The application was approved conditioned upon the following: 1) Any minor modifications in the.landscape plan shall be sub- mitted to the Town Manager for review and approval, prior to commencement of landscaping; 2) Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the owner of the property shall prepare and record a deed restriction which shall provide that all roof projection areas shall remain unenclosed as per approval of the Special Exception for as long as the structure is in existance or exceeds the maximum FAR; 3) The roof tile shall be brought back to the Commission along with a change in color for the garage doors.
