HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolutions-2023-064RESOLUTION NO 2023-064 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SALARIES FOR THE APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: SECTION 1. In accordance with the decisions of the City Council and the collective bargaining agreement, as applicable, the following persons and full-time positions shall be paid salaries or wages indicated and the City Clerk is authorized to issue warrants less legally required authorized deductions from the amounts set out below, bi-weekly, not including longevity pay; and make such contributions to IPERS and FICA and other purposes as required by law or authorization of the Council, subject to audit and review by the City Council: Administration: Doug Boldt 4807.69/ppd Establishment of a deferred compensation plan at 3% of annual salary. Resolution amended to add a two year contract. On the 19th day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2023-064, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SALARIES FOR THE APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Orris. Ayes: Limkemann, Havens, Olney, Orris, Schnedler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2023-064, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SALARIES FOR THE APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYESS OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. This Resolution shall be effective as of the first pay date in October. Passed by the City Council on the 19th day of September, 2023.
