RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK
LICENSE FOR THE 2011 -2012 TERM TO
CARTERET MOBILE PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of Carteret Mobile Park have made application to renew their
Trailer Park License for the 2011 -2012 License Term and have paid the proper fees
therefore; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations
now or hereafter promulgated: and _
WHEREAS, Carteret Mobile Park, located at 1501 Roosevelt Avenue, has been
inspected and approved for renewal by the authorized representatives of the Nfayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the 2011-
2012 License Term to CARTERET MOBILE PARK, effective June 1, 2011 and to
expire June 30, 2012.
Adopted this 8" day of September, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 9'", 2011.
