Whereas, the Standard Specifications for this contract provides for such work to be performed, the following change is recommended.
General or Standard Change Oreer Explanation
The City of Richmond has requested that a hose spigot be placed in front of the Starr-Gennett Building to water trees, plants and flowers at the
Starr-Gennett site. The INDOT Area Engineer has determined that the State will not be participating in this addtionai cost item. The City of
Richmond has indicated that they win pay 100% of the cost for the new hose spigot/yard hydrant.
