AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR THE 2011 -2012 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB -
DRFVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXj & LIMO for the 2011 -2012
License Tenn by the following:

WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2011 -2012 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and d to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2011-
2012 License Term to ANEES U. HAQ.
Adopted this 8"day of September, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 9, 2011..
