Whereas, the Standard Specifications for this contract provides for such work to be performed, the following change is recommended.
General or Standard Change Order Explanation
Structure No. 9 was 2 feet lower than the plan elevation and the existing pipe which the structure straddled was a 30 inch pipe not a 24 inch pipe
as shown on the plans causing additionals excavation modifying the bottom section by cutting the doghouse cut out larger to recieve the 30 inch
pipe additional bricks and an addOonal 1.5 CY of concrete for an increased cost of 896.01 dollars

Structure No_ 9 was 2 feet lower than the plan elevation causing the need for a new cone shaped manhole section.
