General or Standard Change Order Explanation
This work includes the removal of buried and unforseen concrete foundations or slabs that were removed or modified due to construction
oonitids for period 8-2845 through 9-21-15. It was agreed to pay labor costs plus labor burden plus 20% prolft, and pay equipment costs per
Equipment Watch plus 12%, and pay any materials plus 12% and pay costs for subs plus 10% of first $3000 and 7% of any remaining sub costs.
