Waterworks Connections
An ordinance regulating connections
with the waterworks ays:em and pre-
scribing penalties for violation.
Be it ordained by the council of the
Town of Wellsburg, IOwu;
Section 1—Main to Cure Cock —It
shall be unlawful to make any new con-
nection, or renew any old connection, , �
with the water mains un:ess the serv-
ice pies from the water main to the
curb rock shall be of "Copper pipe"
knows as heavy `•Copper Service Pipe."
A brajs coupling must be used for con-
necti� the copper pipe.

Secbn 4—Penalties—Anyone violat-
