However, my answer will apply to both properties. 1. The Utility Assessment covers the undergrounding project that is underway. Property owners voted in favor of the project in 2011, Public Hearings were held and proper Resolutions were adopted, which you can find on line. 2. The Garbage Service is a charge from the Solid Waste Authority, not the Town, for waste disposal, not waste collection. There is no charge for this information since there was no research involved.
