Explanation: an additional day is added for this work that was not included In the original contract.
Whereas, the Standard Specifications for this contract provides for such work to be performed, the following change is recommended.
General or Standard Change Order Explanation
These changes include an existing underdrain at the north pavement removal limits that was rerouted as part of this lump sum item to outlet onto
the parking lot. These changes also include a French drain that was included after if was decided to eliminate the grass pavers that were
adjacent to the permeable pavers behind the Stan-Gennett Building that provided solid water transfer surface to the permeable pavers during
periods of high intensity rainfall periods.
