for the following funding requests :
a . Dog Park Development Committee' s $ 50, 300 funding request for dog park construction
costs .
b . Open Space Committee' s $ 30, 000 funding request to update Brewster' s Open Space and
Recreation Plan
3 . Discussion of draft Warrant Article
4 . Discussion and possible vote on $ 75, 000 conditional award letter for FORWARD
5 . Vote to approve the minutes from the September 11, 2019 meeting
