Notice of Public Hearing on
Proposed Ordinance No . 19 - 16
On October 16, 2019 at 4 : 00 pan . , the Assembly of Delegates will hold a public hearing
on the following Proposed Ordinance : 1946 : To add to the county ' s operating budget for FY20 ,
an enacted in Ordinance No . 19 -04 , by making an initial supplemental appropriation for legal
expenses related to a Charter Review for FY20 .
The public hearing will be held in the Eastwing Conference Center, Barnstable County
Complex, 3195 Main Street Route 6A, Barnstable, MA .
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so . Written comments may also
be submitted at the hearing, e-mailed to the office ( aofd@bamstablecounty . org) , or delivered or
ina ' led for receipt by Noon on or before the date of the hearing to the office of the Assembly of
Delegates , P . O . Box 427 , 3195 Main Street, Superior Courthouse , Route 6A , Barnstable, MA
02630 .
