ROLL CALL: Commissioners: Beckman, Caswell, Millham, Garvin Staff: George Dragicevich ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF ANNEXATION AREA #10 The Planning Director reviewed the proposed zoning for Annexation #10. He stressed that the main reasons for this proposal were existing land use and adjacent zone classifications in the City of Temple City or the County areas. The members of the Planning Commission discussed the proposal and decided to bring up the matter on the following regular meeting and possibly reopen the hearing. 4. SERVICE STATION STANDARDS The Commissioners were interested in this problem, but were not ready to discuss the matter in detail without the presence of Commissioner Oakley. They suggested that a representative of "International Service Station Association" be invited to one of the study sessions to discuss the regulations with the Commission. FORMAT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE The Commissioners said they would be in favor of having a 82x11" size of the new revised zoning ordinance. This has been proved by the present preliminary draft of the proposed ordinance. 6. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 P.M. to the Regular Meeting of March 14, 1967 at 7:30 P,M. ATTEST:
