REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
PLANNING COMMISSION
March 13, 1967
1. Chairman Garvin called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL: Commissioners: Beckman, Caswell, Millham, Garvin
Staff: George Dragicevich
ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF ANNEXATION AREA #10
The Planning Director reviewed the proposed zoning for Annexation
#10. He stressed that the main reasons for this proposal were
existing land use and adjacent zone classifications in the City
of Temple City or the County areas. The members of the Planning
Commission discussed the proposal and decided to bring up the
matter on the following regular meeting and possibly reopen the
hearing.
4. SERVICE STATION STANDARDS
The Commissioners were interested in this problem, but were not
ready to discuss the matter in detail without the presence of
Commissioner Oakley. They suggested that a representative of
"International Service Station Association" be invited to one
of the study sessions to discuss the regulations with the
Commission.
FORMAT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
The Commissioners said they would be in favor of having a 82x11"
size of the new revised zoning ordinance. This has been proved
by the present preliminary draft of the proposed ordinance.
6. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business the meeting was
adjourned at 9:15 P.M. to the Regular Meeting of March 14, 1967
at 7:30 P,M.
