I have attached an image of the house in question located at 504 13th St, Tybee Island. Last year Michael's Roofing replaced the roof on the tall gray left half of the address at 504 13th St. This year they are replacing the roof on the short yellow half of 504 13th St. The dollar amounts are very similar. It is all one residence. I hope this answers your question.
