This letter is confirming our electronic mail exchange last evening. U.S. Auto Group
d/b/a Boston Volkswagen (the "Applicant") wishes to withdraw that certain
application it submitted known as ZBA 2014-18-SPF for a Special Permit Finding at
21 North Beacon Street.
The Applicant requests that the Board approve this withdrawal without prejudice at
