REGULAR MEETING MAY 17, 1988 1't�e Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 7:40 p.m. Chairman Richards in the chair. T1embers Heine, Henning, Morris, Wells, Richards answered the roll call. Also present were Executive Director Gomez, General. Counsel Barbosa, Secretary Hooper, and Treasurer Wright. Secretary Hooper announced the agenda had been duly posted according to The Brown Act. PUBLIC ORAL COD�IUNICATIONS: AGENDA ITEMS ONLY Louis Ross, commercial property owner, spoke in regards to L.Ross: item number 3-Initiation of negotiations to acquire property development located at 11701-OS Long Beach Blvd. Stated his commercial Lng Beach B1 property is directly across the street from this location and site expressed the desire to participate in redevelopment of the area. Executive Director Gomez invited Mr. Ross to come in and discuss the matter. It was moved by Mr. Heine, seconded by Mr. Henning to adopt the resolution. Steck, to acquire continued their property known as 11701-05 Long Beach Boulevard, be continued to the June 3, 1988 meeting in order to prepare a DDA. It was moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr, Heine and carried, �'" to continue this matter over to the meeting of June 3, 1988.
