A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM R-3 TO A SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2000 East Main
Street, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
Lot 7, GHW, EX 20 Sq.Ft. S.W.Cor.
as an R-3 One To Eight Family Residence District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a Special Use District in order to allow the owner to run a professional office
from this location, namely to provide legal services.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a Special Use District.
Passed and Adopted this 161h day of May 2005, by the Common
Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
