A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCELS FROM C-1 LIMITED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND R-4 MULTI
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICTS TO A C-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 209, 211, 215
and 221 North 81h Street and 206, 210, 214, 218, 222, and 226 North 9th Street,
and legally and more fully described as provided and follows, to wit:

Whereas,
it is desirable
to change the zoning designation of the above described parcels of
to a C-2 Commercial
District in order to allow the owner to better utilize the
property.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-2 Commercial
District.
Passed and Adopted this 61h day of June 2005, by the Common
Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
