HomeMy Public PortalAbout033-2005 - Amending the zoning mapORDINANCE 33-2005 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-3 ONE TO EIGHT FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO A SPECIAL USE DISTRICT Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2019 East Main Street and legally described as provided and follows, to wit: 65 FT Main St E Pt S SEC 33-14-1 OM 522 as a R-3 One to Eight Family Residence District; and Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to a Special Use District in order to allow the owner to utilize an existing building as a Bed and Breakfast. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a Special Use District. Passed and Adopted this 6th day of Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
