AN AMENDED SPECIAL ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 2021 THROUGH 2307 CHESTER BOULEVARD
WHEREAS the Zoning Map designates and describes these properties along Chester
Boulevard, as a mixture of existing P.U.D.'s, which will be amended by this
Ordinance, and R-2 Residential and C-2 Retail Commercial; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Commercial P.U.D. District
to allow the use of the property for a Community Health Care facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation of this property along Chester Boulevard, which property is
more particularly described below, is hereby changed to a Commercial P.U.D. District to allow
for medically related health care facilities in a campus setting. The Concept Plan is hereby
approved and the Concept Plan and Draft Development Plan will be attached to this Ordinance as
Exhibits.
The subject property is more particularly described as:
Situated in Section 21, Township 14 North, Range 1 West, City of Richmond, Wayne Township,
Wayne County, Indiana, being land conveyed to Reid Hospital & Health Care Services as the
following parcels and being more particularly described as follows:
