A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM A-1 TO C-4 GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 5578 State Road
121, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
Pt. NW Sec 25-14-1 1.607A, Pt NW Sec 25-14-1 300 X 135
ft X 150 X 0.34A & 0.6198A.
as an A-1 Agricultural District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
C-4 General Business District in order to allow the occupier to utilize the parcel in
a manner consistent with the usages that are permitted on surrounding properties
and to possibly establish a business on said parcel.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the above described property is changed to C-4 General Business District.
Passed and Adopted this 5th day of April 2004, by the Common
Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
