HomeMy Public PortalAbout026-2004 - Zoning - Amending the zoning mapORDINANCE 26-2004 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-2 TO M-2 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 341, 345-347 Gravel Pit Road, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit: PT SW Sec. 36-14-1. as an R-2 One Family District; and Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to an M-2 General Industrial District in order to allow the occupier to provide additional warehouse space and extrusion for Envirotech Extrusion, Inc.. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the above described property is changed to an M-2 General Industrial District. Passed and Adopted this 7th day of June , 2004, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
