The Commission authorized purchase of one Reeves Dry Master photo copy machine at a cost of 059.95. Price quotations for a new police car from Earl Wallace Ford, Adams Chevrolet and Jerry Earl Pontiac were read to the Commission. The Commission agreed that in light of the excessive repair costs on the present Ford, which is to be traded and the closeness of the prices on a Chevrolet and Pontiac that the best purchase for the Town would be the Pontiac. The Commission authorized purchase of the 1964 Pontiac Catalina at a net price of $1966.62. There was a discussion of the condition of Polo Drive between Banyan Road and Old School Road. No action was taken on this matter. A request from Mr. Harry Gropp regarding making Middle Read be- tween Gulf Stream Road and Polo Drive one way was discussed by the Commission. The Commission felt that this would make a hard- ship on owners on Pilo Drive and Middle Road and since this is only a one block street they voted to keep the road as a two way street. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
