APPROVAL OF INSTALLMENT PAYMENT
COOKE AVENUE DEVELOPER'S, LLC
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has entered into a contract agreement providing for
construction of a Health and Wellness Center; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is making provisions for payment of the various construction
components comprising the new facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows;
1. That the Purchasing Department is hereby authorized and directed to
make an installment payment to Cooke Avenue Developer's, LLC, the
amount of$1.3 million dollars.
2. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 20' day of October, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 21, 2011.
